Users and organizers agree to indemnify and hold harmless the platform from any claims, damages, losses, or costs arising from:

  • The organization of or participation in events.
  • Legal breaches by the organizer.
  • Inappropriate conduct by attendees or organizers.

6. Insurance and Legal Compliance

Each organizer and attendee is responsible for:

  • Obtaining the necessary insurance (liability, accident, etc.).
  • Complying with all applicable regulations in the location where the event takes place.

The platform does not verify or guarantee compliance with these requirements.

7. Event Content and Publication

Organizers agree to:

  • Publish events with clear, structured, and understandable information.
  • Not include misleading, illegal, or fraudulent content.

The platform reserves the right to remove content without prior notice.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, including:

  • Uninterrupted operation
  • Error-free performance
  • Absolute security
